HOW TO REGISTER 

  1. Create a RegChamp Account with Full Out Competitions

  2. If you have an account with another event producer you can easily merge the information from that account into your Open account by using the same email address when you sign up.

  3.  Once you have entered Reg Champ select “Events” on the home page. 

  4.  Select “Go” next to your desired event (ID# 6000) and then hit “confirm.”  

  5.  Time to add your teams!

  6. If you have teams uploaded to your Reg Champ account select the teams you wish to register for the event from the “Import a Team” drop down menu and then click “IMPORT Team” 

  7. Select the correct division for your team and hit “Save.”

  8. If you do not see your team's division, select “Check Division Criteria” to view the criteria for your desired division. 

  9. On the next screen confirm your division selection is correct and hit “Done” 

  10. If you do not have teams uploaded to your account yet, select the 3 stacked cubes on the left side of the screen labeled “Teams”.

  11.  Select “Create a New Team” and follow the prompts. 

  12. You are now able to view your invoice and you will follow the prompts to make your $100 per team deposit. 

 

 

UPLOADING ROSTERS 

 

STEP 1 PREPARE ROSTERS

Your rosters need to include the following information, and be in excel format, in separate columns to upload.  (separate columns) 

  • First Name 

  • Last name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Team id (found on teams tab on RegChamp) 

 

STEP 2 UPLOAD YOUR ROSTERS 

  1. Login to your RegChamp account and follow these steps to upload your excel rosters.

  2. Select teams on the left-hand side of the screen 

  3. Select upload excel file 

  4. Choose your file select the correct column headers for the required fields listed in step 1 

PRO TIPS

​

Designate a member of your staff to watch the clock and make sure you are staying on schedule throughout your rotations.

​

Bring 2 devices that have your routine music on it, just in case one gives you trouble.

​

Bring an "emergency pack" that includes bobby pins, hair ties, hairspray, comb, brush, saltine or oyster crackers, and a plastic bag for nervous nausea. 

​

Remember that no one is scoring your warm up, so enjoy these moments with your athletes!

 

Allow for these 15 minutes to give you and your athletes great memories to look back on for years to come!

HOW TO ADD MUSIC LICENSE:

​

  • Login to your RegChamp account.

  • Select teams.

  • Click license under teams on the right-hand side.

  • Click upload/enter music license.

CROSSOVER POLICY

​

These limitations do not apply to dance teams. 

  • Athletes can only cross up or down two levels. 

    • example: a level 2 athlete can cross up to levels 3, 4, or 4.2, and cross down to level 1.

Crossover fees: athletes crossing over to multiple teams will be charged $50 fee per/athlete/team.
